Saw Mill Capital Announces the Acquisition of RND Automation, Expanding Its Portfolio of Automation Companies

On December 17, 2020, Saw Mill Capital acquired RND Automation out of Lakewood Ranch, Florida to boost its industrial automation portfolio which currently includes iAutomation out of North Attleboro, Massachusetts. This strategic acquisition will allow both RND and iAutomation to expand their service offerings and exchange expertise, while also expanding their presence along the East Coast.
