(OTCBB: NODB) announces net earnings of $1,211,048 or $0.47 per share for the three months ending June 30, 2013, compared to $1,446,161 or $0.56 per share for the same period in 2012. Year to date net earnings through the six months ending June 30, 2013 totaled $2,239,322 or $0.87 per share compared to $2,998,829 or $1.17 per share for the same period in 2012.
