Livento Group, Inc., (“OTC: NUGND”) currently listed on the OTC Markets under the symbol NUGND, today announced the successful completion of its reverse split process, finalized in coordination with FINRA. As part of this process, the Company has also formally completed its corporate name change from Nugene International, Inc. to Livento Group, Inc.
